Legal Specialist

Galileo is looking for a Legal Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Milan, reporting to the General Counsel of the Group.
What you'll do:
Support ordinary and extraordinary corporate activities.
Provide assistance in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g., intercompany, with clients, suppliers, partners).
Participate in the review of contracts, policies, and other legal documents ensuring compliance with the Group policies.
Provide advice in relation to day-to-day topics (e.g., IT, privacy, compliance, labor).
Carry out legal research to support the Legal & Compliance function.
Timely follow-up to ensure documents are processed and archived in a tidy and timely manner.
Requirements What you'll need:
University-level degree in law (Masters preferred).
At least 1-2 years of previous experience in an in-house legal department of an international company or in a law firm dealing with corporate or commercial matters.
A desire and a passion to contribute to the energy transition with a pan-European focus by joining a company looking to develop renewable projects across different markets.
Very fluent Italian and English; other European languages are considered an important plus. Familiarity with corporate governance processes and regulations and capability to deal with corporate and contractual documentation will be a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, discretion in treating with confidential information.
A proactive attitude towards work in general.
Team player, with cultural awareness and curiosity, willing to work with other functions and members of the Legal & Compliance team on joint initiatives.
