Legal Senior

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer, the Legal Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and managing the various legal aspects of all business functions.
He/she will work closely with internal teams, external legal counsel and regulators to mitigate legal risks and support the company's strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Ensure that contracts are in line with the company's legal and business objectives.2.
Develop, maintain, and lead corporate legal strategy and the provision of legal services and resources in order to promote and protect corporate matters in line with the company's overall and financial objectives; 3.
Provide professional and credible legal advice and effective legal support on matters as requested (verbal and written opinions), including analysis and advice on a range of issues such as corporate governance, business structures and models, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, employment matters, and insurance and reinsurance; 4.
Management and coordination of legal entities in the EMEA region 1.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including supplier agreements, distribution contracts, and production agreements.2.
Support the legal aspects of business transactions and initiatives.3.
Stay current on laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the manufacturing sector.4.
Resolve disputes and legal issues (extrajudicial litigation) and interact with regulators to ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations.5.
Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and recommending necessary adjustments.6.
Supervise and coordinate all work sent to outside law firms;7.
