BREAK THE ICE! Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position: Milan Cortina 2026 is seeking a skilled Legal Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of legal and commercial matters related to procurement, including suppliership agreements, pre-contractual documentation, and negotiations. Working closely with multiple departments, the successful candidate will provide a legal perspective essential for the negotiation and management of procurement relationships for the Games.
Key Responsibilities Draft and manage pre-contractual documents, including non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, and binding offers. Coordinate the negotiation process in both pre-contractual and contractual phases. Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and negotiate procurement contracts, particularly in the area of supply agreements. Identify IP and privacy-related risks for Milan Cortina 2026 content, providing applicable contractual solutions. Conduct legal research utilizing various legal databases. Develop tutorials, presentations, training materials, and FAQs for operational departments. Participate in strategic legal development and contract management. Apply Italian civil and commercial legal expertise to the specific context of the Games, ensuring compliance across functional areas.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law; qualification in Italian law is required. Proven experience in procurement and commercial law, ideally within a complex, multi-functional organization. Strong knowledge of IP and data privacy considerations in procurement contracts. Excellent project management and analytical skills, with a methodical and organized approach. High level of commercial awareness and responsiveness; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle triangular negotiations. Fluent in both Italian and English, with experience in bilingual negotiations.
