The candidate will collaborate with the other colleagues belonging to the Operations Legal team, located in Agordo, Milan and Paris.AsLegal Operations Specialistyou will provide support for contracts, commercial laws, regulatory matters and legal advice across the EMEA region and globally (global contracts negotiated from HQ). The resource will be mainly dedicated to serving:Sourcing Team and Indirect Procurement team, by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, procurement, logistics, services contracts and similar, NDAs, etc.R&D/Engineering/Quality team, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters (medical devices, PPE, clinical trials/investigations, eHealth, telemedicine etc.), H&S, environmental etc., and drafting related contracts and documentsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou do not see problems, you just see solutionsYou have a Law Degree with excellent resultsYou have excellent english knowledge.
