Legal Officer - Leasing / Banking

Our Client is a leading international Company providing innovative and flexible leasing solutions.
Operating in over 40 countries, the Company specializes in knowledge of product sectors and assets, particularly in the markets of transportation, industrial equipment, and technology.
To strengthen their internal structure, they have entrusted us with the search for a: LEGAL OFFICER LEASING / BANKING The ideal Candidate has a Law Degree and is licensed to practice law.
Additionally, he / she has at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Leasing / Financial / Banking sector.
The selected candidate will support the Legal & Collection Office with the following activities: Management of litigation and pre-litigation in the field of leasing (credit recovery, bankruptcy procedures, passive cases, mediations, restructuring, and remarketing activities).
Providing legal advice and consultation in civil, financial (corporate business), and bankruptcy law.
Management of reporting activities.
Reviewing contractual documentation for clients.
Handling complaints.
Managing contracts for clients, suppliers, and commercial channels.
Requirements: Law degree and related license to practice law.
Previous experience in the Leasing / Financial / Banking sector or in Financial Companies supervised by the Bank of Italy and subject to TUB regulations.
Excellent knowledge of Office.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
The profile is completed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
