Cosa faraiThe Legal Manager will act as the primary legal advisor for VST, being responsible for overseeing corporate governance, providing legal advice and support in contractual matters, and offering local legal guidance to ensure compliance with national regulations.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the company's business operations, risk management, and corporate objectives.It will act as Legal Manager's single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group-owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital IT areas.
He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.Chi seiStrong knowledge of local corporate and commercial law, with a deep understanding of the telco regulatory environment.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and draft complex contracts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise senior management effectively.Proficiency in legal research, document management, and using a contract management system.Ability to align legal strategies with corporate objectives and the local regulatory landscape.Must have technical / professional qualifications:Law degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.Admitted to practice law in the local jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department, ideally within the telco/technology sector.Fluency in English and Italian.Cosa offriamoWe want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
