What will you do
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Business Partner, being responsible for providing legal advice and guidance, managing the company's legal matters, and assisting the corporate bodies of the Company.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will report to the General Counsel supporting the set up of the legal team. Specifically, you will:
Develop, implement, and manage legal documents. Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Assist corporate bodies of the Company, organizing the meetings, preparing the documentation package and the relevant minutes, performing all the corporate and secretariat activities connected thereto. Monitor changes in laws and regulations. Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors. Develop and manage the legal department budget. Who we are looking for
You are our ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:
