Your role: Your key duties and responsibilities ·Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts ·Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate ·Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments Other duties We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
