Funzione: Legal Sede: Offanengo, Italy Contratto: Internship – Full Time The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work into a legal department of an internationally operating industrial group.
As part of the Legal Department the ideal candidate will support the Legal Counsel and will be involved in all legal topics.
Reporting to a Legal Counsel, the job holder will be accountable for the following: Supporting in the field of international commercial contract: drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts including NDA, supply, distributor, license, agency, sponsorship, collaboration, innovation.
Supporting in the field of intellectual property management.
Support in the overall patent strategy, assess patent portfolio for overall value and cost effectiveness according to agreed strategies and budget, establish global anti-counterfeit strategy, budgeting and managing Law firm's relationship relating to patent issues including prosecution, opposition, infringement actions, dispute resolution.
Supporting in managing the legal affairs of the company including corporate law, contracts management, credit collection and bankruptcy proceedings, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, compliance D.lgs.
231/2001.
Follow-up changes in legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine at Italian and EU level.
Preparing, updating and implementing of company policies and procedures.
Skills required: Bachelor or master degree in Law.
Practice of law in legal firms is considered a plus.
Good knowledge of English is an essential requirement Knowledge of Legal English will be considered a plus Strong knowledge of main IT systems.
