Who You'll Work With You'll work in our Milan office and will be a part of our Mediterranean/Swiss Legal team.
You will help monitor new legal issues, laws and regulations, conduct legal research and support other administrative tasks.
You will interact and collaborate with colleagues from the legal team in Italy, Switzerland and more generally Europe as well as different areas within the firm.
You will have the opportunity to work with peers located in other geographies, and participate in local, regional and global Legal team projects, trainings and meetings, providing you with a significant exposure to best practices and diverse network within the firm.
Your impact within our firm You will support the Legal Senior team in the Milan Office of McKinsey Italy in drafting, reviewing and be part of a negotiation team for contractual documents (Non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, memorandums of understanding, pro bono agreements, among others) with clients.
You will also assist in reviewing and gathering documentation for tender processes.
In this role you will update contract formats and related documents in accordance with firm policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Likewise, you will support document management using firm resources, such as Docusign, including contracts and corporate documents.
You will also participate in team meetings and collaborate with members of the wider legal team in Europe to optimize document processing.
You will monitor new laws and regulations and will help address novel legal issues arising therefrom, working with the internal legal team, as well as with outside counsels for these purposes.
You will also provide support to the legal team in attending administrative tasks.
This will be a full-time role.
