As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of one of the largest companies in the sector.Job Description:Assist with developing different types of contracts and documentation (e.g., commercial agreements, services agreements, minutes)Assist with advising on marketing, sales, labeling, IP, real estate, procurement, MA, and corporate law mattersStay abreast of new regulations and trends in the industrySupport in back office activities such as management of legal documentation, signing contract procedure (e.g., verification of power of attorney, finalizing contracts via exchange of correspondence)Support in managing external communications as well as in activating initiatives aimed at increasing corporate reputation (Corporate Affairs)Who We're Looking For:Law degreePlus: previous internship experience in international law firms or legal departmentsCuriosity, passion, and determinationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in EnglishJoin our team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment, where your contributions will make a significant impact on our success.
