Legal Intern

Job Summary:Support to members of the Legal Affairs Department in the activities of:Drafting and reviewing contracts relating to company activity, with particular focus on licensing agreements, audiovisual productions, co-marketing and service contracts;Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence relating to the contracts indicated above;Drafting and revision of minutes relating to the meetings of The Walt Disney Company Italia and corporate bodies;Legal research and in-depth analysis of various legal issues; general legal advice to corporate functions;Keeping of the legal and corporate archives.About The Walt Disney Company (Corporate):At Disney Corporate you can see how the businesses behind the Company's powerful brands come together to create the most innovative, far-reaching and admired entertainment company in the world.
