BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.
);Support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;Support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;Support the European legal team on cross-country projects;Legislation and case law research;Day-to-day assistance on legal matters.Skills Qualifications:Law degree with a high score is required;Admission to the bar in Italy as well as a master in business law or LL.M.
