With about 175 employees, Olympus Italia SrL, based in Segrate, near Milan, is responsible for the distribution on the Italian territory of Olympus products dedicated to the healthcare and research market, such as: medical systems products (rigid and flexible endoscopes, microscopy) and industrial products (endoscopy, microscopy, high speed cameras and security technology).
Your responsibilitiesOversees all HCP/O interactions, making sure they comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and HealthCare Compliance (HCC) / Medical and Scientific Affairs (MSA) policies, as well as relevant international and national Industry Associations' Code of Conduct and legal requirementsScreens and approves HCP/O interactions according to MSA policies, using the dedicated software, and provides necessary support/guidance to requestors and final approversApproves HCP/O Fair Market Value rates and oversees the contracting workflow for approved interactionsEnsures appropriate deliverables are collected for all executed HCP/O interactions before payment is arrangedEnsures that the database containing HCP/O agreements is properly/accurately updatedCreates periodic reports for local Management and EMEA HeadquartersMaintains a firm knowledge and understanding of all policies and Industry's Codes and provides training to business teams regularlyCollaborates with Legal and Compliance departments as requested/neededKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in roles requiring detailed work in business processes and contract managementQUALIFICATIONEducation in legal/economicsLANGUAGESFluency in English (written and spoken)SOFT SKILLSGood interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiasm, determination, and proactivityStrong organizational skills and a strong goal orientationAbout Olympus Medical SystemsThe Medical Systems Division represents Olympus' largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes.
