As a legal intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to analyze the compliance of solar installations, ensuring adherence to permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.What You'll Learn: During this immersive internship, you will:Legal Compliance Analysis: Master the art of analyzing the compliance of solar installations with their obligations, including those arising from permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.Contract Study and Control: Study all project contracts, including operation maintenance, EPC contracts, leases, and security contracts.
Control Quintas Energy's client interface systems, setting up all information and compliance dates.Legal Action Follow-up: Follow up on all legal actions, taking appropriate measures to satisfactorily close them with detailed reporting.Formal Notice Issuance: Issue prompt formal notices when necessary to contractors and related parties regarding actions and/or breaches in their obligations and duties.Legal Support: Provide legal support to the technical and finance teams of Quintas Energy.Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and completeness of all data issued to clients in accordance with Quintas Energy standards.Portfolio Management Assistance: Assist your portfolio manager in all the above responsibilities.IT Software Usage: Use the company IT software for all legal tasks and maintain all portfolio information up to date.Team Coordination: Coordinate with your colleagues, procuring strong teamwork.Conditions:Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 14:00h (25h per week)Location: our office is in Eur (rome)Period: 6 monthsRequirementsWho We're Looking For:Please read carefully.
This is a must: Currently enrolled in the final year of the Legal Degree program in Italy.Only a few pending subjects left to complete your degree.Possess a minimum of fluent B2 in English and C1 in Italian (will be assessed during the interview)Full availability during Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
