We are looking for support within the Legal and Privacy Office of the Italian Branch.
The office takes care of all legal and privacy issues related to the Italian Market in co-ordination with other European Markets where FWU is present.

YOU
- will handle the daily tasks assigned autonomously, taking care of deadlines overview in the respect of Italian regulations and internal policies
- will manage customer complaints and claims in compliance with company policies, involving internal and external parties as necessary to resolve issues
- will contribute to the keeping of internal records and the management of related documentation
- will take care of the necessary assessments and activities in case of activation of alternative dispute resolution systems and litigation, following up with external lawyers
- will draft legal opinions requested by other offices on the pending litigation cases
IF YOU HAVE
- successfully completed a degree in Law or similar
- at least 2 years experience in life insurance litigation (Expertise in banking or other insurance sectors will be considered a plus)
- good knowledge of Italian civil/commercial/procedural law (knowledge of Italian banking and/or insurance regulations will be considered a plus)
- good knowledge of Italian and European life insurance regulations
- good knowledge of the Italian Consumer Protection Code
- knowledge of GDPR, AML and relevant international and Italian regulations
- good predisposition to interpersonal relations and negotiation skills and if you are a great Teamplayer
- good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- excellent command of English and Italian (both written and spoken); German, French or Spanish is a plus
