Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist

Our Client is looking for a Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist with a University degree in Law and previous experience in a specialised law firm or in legal roles in companies (Legal Specialist, Legal Counsel). Very fluent in English. Location: Turin
Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist, reporting to the Legal Manager, will provide legal advice and legal support to the company on distribution-related matters, according to the EU automotive regulation law.
Main tasks and responsibilities: Draft and review sales and aftersales agreements.Draft and review agency and consultancy agreements, customizing the existing standards.Prepare all kinds of amendments, renewals, and legal letters to the mentioned agreements, in coordination with the business and finance department.General support regarding all the legal aspects of the company.Requirements: University degree in LawPrevious experience in a specialised law firm or in legal roles in companies (Legal Specialist, Legal Counsel)Fluency in EnglishPerfect knowledge of Microsoft OfficeTeam spiritStrategic thinkerStrong intellect with an organised analytical approach"Hands on" mentalityLocation: Turin
