Additionally, you will support colleagues from other units during tendering process, contract negotiations and in corporate governance related matters. The applicant will ideally have over 7 years of experience within a similar role in industrial or energy business, or a law firm. You will report to the Head of Legal at DRI. What you will do: Provide general assistance and legal advice on contractual matters as required to support DRI's business. Local development matters such as regulations, project due diligence, acquisition of land, grid connection, permitting, etc. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors and external legal counsel, to address legal matters and negotiate contractual terms. Maintain DRI's and its subsidiaries contract register and database. Advise on corporate law and corporate governance matters. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, finance professionals, and senior management, to provide legal support and guidance throughout contractual matters. Supervise outside legal counsels and control DRI's budget for the legal services. Perform other ad hoc legal tasks. What you bring: Qualified lawyer with a bachelor or master's degree (Italian law) combined with practical experience in a similar capacity. Aim-oriented, proactive and communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking capable of working independently.
