The Legal Counsel IPwill support the Global Strategic Marketing Italian & French Icons and Intellectual Property General Counsel with the following responsibilities: Support in the management, maintenance and enforcement of the trademark and domain name portfolios and related administrative matters;Support in the collection of information and documents required for filing renewals applications, applications for registrations, declarations of use, update of trademark and domain name ownership status;Support in the collection of information and documents required for enforcement activities such as litigations and oppositions;Keep track of the pending matters with the support of the external trademark agents;Support in the preparation and management of the trademark and domain name budget;Support in the management of purchase orders, expenses and invoices related to the trademark and domain name portfolios.Key Relationships Internal: members of the Legal team at any level (Group, Regional, Local); members of other Group Functions, in particular Global Strategic Marketing, members of local Marketing and Trade Marketing teams. External: trademarks agents, external legal counsels, public notaries.
