Legal Counsel (Corporate Law)

Support the Italian business on all legal matters, led by Senior Legal Counsel
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with business partners foremost including SPAs and servicing agreements
- Corporate management of the Italian business (corporate housekeeping), including acting as secretary to the board of directors of the company
- Work closely with the Group Legal team to ensure consistent quality of services, exchange of best practices and compliance with corporate-wide procedures
- Provide occasional support and assistance with the Italy Litigation team activities
Legal Counsel (Corporate Law)|International company operating within NPL sector
- Italian qualified lawyer
- Background and experience working within Banking/Financial international firms is highly recommended
- From 2 to 4 years of experience of working in-house on contract, transaction & corporate law matters (experience with non-performing loans would be an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good and clear communicator
- Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary/international teams highly desirable
