For our location in Bolzano or Verona we are looking for a
Legal Counsel (m/w/D) Your Tasks Collaboration in the compliance organization
Review and process complex project and service contracts and negotiate with suppliers and customers
Independent processing and solution of legal & compliance questions within an international project environment
Further development of the company-wide compliance program with a special focus on Italian regulatory field
Conducting audits of customers, partners & suppliers
Dealing with official channels and procedures
Creation and maintenance of contract templates and standard processes within the team
Collaboration in compliance and risk management at NTS Italy
Collaboration in the further development in the areas of CSR & ESG for the entire Group
Holding internal training courses on legal & compliance topics
Collaboration with internal project managers and external consultants
Your Profile Degree in law, further training (e.g. LLM) an advantage
Knowledge of Public Procurement law and IT law an advantage
Knowledge of Data Privacy law is an advantage
Technical understanding and experience in project business, ideally in the IT sector
First relevant professional experience of 1-3 years in a commercial law firm or in an international corporate environment
Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Italian
Very good knowledge of English
German language skills an advantage
