**Our Exciting Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to provide professional legal services regarding contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution
**You will**:
- You will draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice
- Drive defined areas of expertise or projects
- Support compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and directives
- You will be responsible to provide legal training
- Drive dispute resolution
**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Education: Master of Law
- Min years of experience: 3
- Language : English C1 level
- Business Competence: High interest, good knowledge and understanding
- Good presentation, education, communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Remarkable experience in drafting, review and negotiate agreement
- Data Protection Legislation knowledge
- Commercial Acumen & Skills
- You will need to know Local laws and regulations as well as have international business law knowledge
