Your new roleWe are looking for a Legal Counsel specialized in Construction that will be a key member of the European legal team.
This Legal Counsel will provide quality and relevant advice on the whole spectrum of legal matters regarding the Company's construction activities in Europe (Spain, Italy, UK) and will work closely with contractors and construction companies.
Key Responsibilities for this role are:general assistance on technical contract matters for construction and operation, revamping, project development, engineering and construction, asset management, security contractsanalysis of the applicable laws in respect of the contracts, drafting of legal opinions;lead legal due diligence efforts in development activities review and negotiate different technical related commercial contracts and reply to a wide variety of requests for legal assistance from different functionsprovide a balance analysis of key risks in the activities of the company from a legal perspective and provide mitigating actionsdeal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, clients, suppliers and financing partners)What you'll need to succeedRequired Skills:Minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy sector either as internal or external counselTrack record of having worked internationally in a number of projects within the energy sectorDegree in LawExcellent verbal and written communication skills In Italian and English language;Willingness to travel up to 50%.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
