Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Reporting to the Head of Legal and Tax, Atlas Copco Italia S.r.l. seeks a Corporate Counsel generalist for its industrial equipment businesses throughout Italy to provide legal support and guidance related to commercial contracts, NDAs, cross-border transactions, distributor relations, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, privacy, D.Lgs. 231/2001, product liability, real estate and warranty matters.Main Responsibilities - Advise business leaders and provide sound legal counsel on a variety of legal, compliance and commercial issues. - Draft, review, revise and negotiate terms and conditions on a broad range of commercial documents and contracts/agreements (e.g. sale, service, supply, purchase, distribution, lease, warranty, indemnification), ensuring that the writings appropriately address business and legal needs. - Manage Legal compliance tasks regarding corporate governance, privacy and D.Lgs. 231/2001 for all Italian entities of Atlas Copco Group. - Work cooperatively and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and operating unit leaders. - Manage the activities of outside counsel, ensuring the delivery of quality service at a cost that is reasonable and appropriate. - Provide assistance on, and from time-to-time lead, in assigned projects affecting Atlas Copco Italia as well as other Atlas Copco Group companies located in Italy.Education and Experience requirements - University degree in Law - Admitted to practice law in Italy - 2-3 years of progressive experience in a recognized law firm or corporate law department - Experience in commercial contract matters, corporate governance and legal compliance - Excellent computer skills - Excellent command of EnglishPersonality requirements - Able to work independently as well as being part of a team. - Excellent communication skills - Detail Oriented - Demonstrated ability to multi-task - Ability to evaluate legal risks, and make recommendations that are objective, practical, technically appropriate, and supportive of the Business - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with ability to explain complicated issues in an easy way - Be ethically results goal oriented - Interact cooperatively, timely and effectively with all levels of the organization - Strong motivation and drive to deliver changes, to improve processes and results - Willing to learn, improve and share, focused to ensure completion of tasks accuratelyWorkplace Cinisello Balsamo (MI)Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
