**360 PAY** is looking for a **Legal Counsel** to join the Group Legal Department Team.
This position will be full-time, based in Fiorenzuola (PC) and will report to the Group General Counsel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Corporate Governance management/Companies' files keeping (Board of Directors Meetings and General Meetings, Supervisory Board) relating to the Italian entities within 360 PAY Group and track records for the remaining entities of the Group (mainly EU)
- Support and ensure compliance with all applicable laws including data privacy and 231 regulations (with particular focus on the phase of implementing an integrated group compliance set-up);
- support the business on the negotiations of legal aspects in strategic partnership, key commercial agreements and other corporate and business development initiatives;
- support the Group General Counsel in M&A processes;
- act as legal business partner to various departments; build strong relationships across the organisation;
- liaise with outside counsel;
- liaise with senior management within 360 PAY Group
- support regulatory and customer' complaints processes (reclami);
- prepare and review legal documentation, including company's policies, identifies possible legal risks and makes recommendations on actions to be taken, to protect company's interests and ensures compliance with local and/or international legal standards.
- qualification as Lawyer will be a preferred asset
- A post graduate degree focused on in house counselling/company law will be a preferred asset
- Capacity to take ownership of matters, knowing when to take decisions and when to escalate
- Creative problem solver who remains calm under pressure and who can effectively prioritise
- Highly resourceful and collaborative team player
- Structured and Organised, with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A talent for drafting legal documents (in English when required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: fluent English is a must, and other European languages may be useful
- Serves as an easy-to-reach primary point of contact for assigned specific legal and compliance issues
- Advises stakeholders on a variety of corporate issues, including the negotiation of contractual terms and the evaluation of the degree of legal risk associated with every transaction.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Stipendio: €20.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
Orario:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
