You will support the Tenova Group companies in relation to legal and contractual matters, as instructed by the General Counsel of the Group, to which you will report.You will be involved in the following activities:Review, comment and draft international commercial agreements.Provide support and advise the commercial/sales teams during the contract negotiation.Provide general legal/risk mitigation advice to multi-functional teams on miscellaneous matters, such as Intellectual property, joint ventures and project disputes.Support in the preparation of corporate legal documents, corporate filings and registrations, updating/maintaining Minute Books and related papers.Provide support in D.Lgs.
231/2001, privacy/GDPR, and other regulatory matters.Create legal templates and develop company policies.Supervise and manage outside counsel, as needed.Required profile:Degree in Law with good academic record.Minimum 5 years of practice with a relevant experience in international law firms.Proven drafting, communication and negotiation skills.Excellent knowledge of English Language (knowledge of Spanish is appreciated).Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Desired characteristics:Previous experience in relation to international sale agreements and contracts for the engineering/project industries.Admission to the Bar.Workplace: Castellanza (VA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
