Two of Europe's sector-leading renewable energy generators, Renantis and Ventient Energy, came together to form Nadara.The Group has an installed capacity of 4.2 GW between wind, solar, biomass and storage systems, for about 200 plants in Europe and the USA.
Moreover, over the next 10 years, Nadara's development pipeline includes as much as 18 GW.To strengthen our Legal Team, we are looking for a Legal Compliance Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulations and ethical standards, reporting directly to the Head of Group Corporate & Compliance.

Anti-Corruption, Code of Ethics, International Sanctions, Whistleblowing, Organizational Models ex D.Lgs Lgs231/2001 in Italy and Spanish Manual de Prevención de Delitos (management of relations with the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza), information flows, collection and monitoring of P.A.
reports fact sheets), Modern Slavery (iii) training of employees on corporate legal compliance policies and procedures and preparation and updating of internal reports;Ordinary, administrative and/or criminal litigation in the various jurisdictions in which the Group is present (PT, FR, UK, IT, SP) with the support of external law firms: (i) coordination with Group functions, (ii) strategic evaluations on the efficient management of litigations and external consultants performance; (iii) participation in the definition of judicial/process strategy, (iv) participation in mediation proceedings and/or negotiation of out-of-court settlements;Support in the legal review of contracts (e.g., NDAs, LOIs, T&C reviews of suppliers and third parties in general, Engagement Letters and general service contracts), monitoring and updating intercompany financial and service contracts, and legal opinions;Review of and advise on common financial documents, e.g.
bank or personal guarantees, PCGs, comfort letters, support letters, ISDA Agreements, loans, credit lines, etc.
;Educational BackgroundDegree in LawKey RequirementsPrior experience of at least 7-10 years in-house or in law firms on compliance processes, litigation and contract law; experience on drafting and review of common financial documents optional;Excellent control of the English language; knowledge of other languages optional (Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus);Interpersonal, communication, team-work skills and availability/flexibility in handling emergencies;Accuracy, confidentiality and organizational skills.Pay & BenefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
