Job Description Summary: To strengthen our Legal Team, we are looking for a Legal Compliance Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulations and ethical standards, reporting directly to the Head of Group Corporate & Compliance. Job Description: Main Responsibilities: Compliance for all Group companies including periodic review and updating of corporate Legal Compliance system and implementation of all Group policies. Ordinary, administrative, and/or criminal litigation in various jurisdictions with the support of external law firms. Support in the legal review of contracts and monitoring intercompany financial and service contracts. Review of and advise on common financial documents. Educational Background: Degree in Law Key Requirements: Prior experience of at least 7-10 years in-house or in law firms on compliance processes, litigation, and contract law. Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of other languages optional. Interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
