Grimaldi Alliance, a prominent international law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for its Rome office.
Responsibilities: Handling electronic filings, electronic notifications, and the assembly of legal documentsManaging court hearing schedules and deadlinesManaging professionals' calendarsMaintaining and organizing corporate booksProviding assistance and support for closings and due diligence processesOrganizing travel and business tripsFiling and archivingManaging invoices, mail, phone calls, and team requestsRequirements: High school diploma or university degree2–4 years of experience in similar or equivalent roles within structured law firmsExperience liaising with legal services agenciesProficiency in English (knowledge of French will be considered a plus)Strong command of the Microsoft Office SuitePrecision, punctuality, and availabilityTeamwork skills, with a proactive approach and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsEmployment Type: Full-time
