**Legal Affairs Specialist**:

At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an experienced Legal Affairs Specialist to join our Legal Department.
The role will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, for Corporate Affairs activities and Brand Protection, in order to guarantee the management of the ordinary and extraordinary Corporate Affairs duties, and to lead matters involving Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) infringements and copyright theft worldwide.
**The role's main responsibilities are**:
- Draft and review, in compliance with Diesel Spa templates, of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to Diesel Spa Functions' matters to protect the organization's interests.
- Maintain databases ensuring accurate recording of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents.
- Advise Diesel Spa Corporate Functions on all legal matters and the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization.
- Devise and implement a BP strategy worldwide in line with Diesel Spa's Global BP strategy.
- Advise Diesel Spa Corporate Functions on intellectual property matters.
- Develop relationships with Law Enforcement Agencies and assist them in relation to criminal investigations.
- Produce timely and accurate responses to requests for product identification.
- Provide training on product identification to outside agencies.
- Work with internal team to combat physical and online infringements as well as carry out online research related to marketplaces, websites and social media.
- Advise Diesel Spa Corporate Functions and manage privacy law matters.
**Main interfaces**:
You will report to the Head of Legal department and work closely with:
- Diesel Spa Legal Team
- OTB Legal Team
- External legal counsels
**What requirements you need to have**:
- Master Degree in Law.
- A minimum of 2/3 year experience focused on IP and Brand Protection within a global brand or a legal firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language complete the profile we are looking for.
Other language skills would be preferred.
- The profile must have determination to achieve the objectives, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
