Main Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts within the ICT/Telco and Energy sector.
Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies, with a focus on competition law, trade secret protection, and anti-bribery.
Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
Collaborating with international teams on cross-border legal matters.
231 Compliance: Oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of the 231 Model, including risk assessments, training programs, and internal investigations.
