We're recruiting for a Consultant with proven consulting experience in the domain of Green Building to join our Real Estate, Assessment & Assurance team in Italy based in Milan or in one of the other Italian Offices.

We help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment and progress towards authentic sustainability.
You will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of sustainability services primarily focused on Green and Sustainability Building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.
), GRESB Reporting, net zero strategy, climate change consulting and facility services.
When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the leading companies and brands across a wide range of sectors and to leverage a suite of services and digital technologies to scope sell and deliver innovative solutions.
Location: any DNV office in Italy Key Accountabilities: You will be expected to contribute to the growth of, delivery and related project management for a range of sustainability services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:
Green Building standards certification/ competence (e.g.
LEED, BREEAM, WELL, NZEB, etc.)
Energy modeling Building LCA GRESB/ ESG Reporting EGE certification according to the UNI CEI 11339 standard CRREM Tool Facility Management (defining, monitoring and management of contracts) Building digital twin and digital asset inventory BIM tools and software solutions You will be expected to support in issue proposals, win projects and be part of project teams as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:
Participating in projects, collaborating to ensure they are executed to clients' expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards.
Managing project resources, including subcontractors, and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
Support the operations team in order to ensure compliance with project plan and its performance.
Promptly and proactively identifying and managing emerging risks and issues.
Develop, implement and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor progress, managing any changes during the delivery.
Produce reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients.
Supporting and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients.
The role includes:
Typical back-office tasks in support to project management such as regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties; collection, technical review and approval of audit results and reports; monitoring of performance indicators, customer requirements, planning and deadlines; preparation of internal quality and performance reports for direct and top management.
Site Audits at buildings and construction sites to verify the application of the sustainability measures applied on site.
Delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Consultants.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes: University degree in a field of study related to Engineering or Architecture.
At least 3 years of experience in green building projects.
At least 1 qualification between LEED AP, WELL AP, Breeam AP, Breeam Assessor or EGE.
Academic qualifications relevant to sustainability subject areas.
Knowledge of relevant design tools (e.g.
AutoCAD and REVIT).
Willingness to travel and work around Italy and the South Europe region and on occasions overseas.
Fluency in English and Italian is a prerequisite.
