Posizione Leather Goods & Accessories Merchandising Specialist Mission The candidate will be part of the Leather Goods & Accessories Merchandising team and will support in maximizing sales results and point of sales image via a dynamic management of the Leather Goods & Accessories product assortment.
Main Accountabilities Contribute to the definition of the Leather Goods & Accessories (LG&A) Buying and Merchandising guidelines.Oversee the Buying sessions in cooperation with the Local (LG&A) merchandisers, to ensure the right product assortment for each store based on stores clustering, product strategies and sales analysis at the end of each buying session.Monitor and analyze weekly sales statistics and act to maximize selling opportunities in partnership with local merchandisers, production and logistics.Follow assortment and set up of store openings in cooperation with the Jewelry & Watches Retail Merchandising.Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team on VM display guidelines.Continuously gather and share feedback from local sales teams.Support the team in providing feedback to the Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit to develop future collections according to different markets and consumer needs.Work closely with Supply Chain on stock/production related issues.Partner with Distribution Planning to ensure distribution strategy in line with business needs and market trends.Profilo Qualifications University Degree in Business Management or a related field1/2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail IndustryStrong quantitative and analytical skills with high level of accuracyThe knowledge of Supply Chain and distribution process will be considered as a plusExcellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of PowerBI is considered a plusFluency in English and ItalianSoft Skills: Business AwarenessProduct SensitivityAnalytical Mindset and Data DrivenProblem SolvingEffective Communication and Synthesis SkillsClient Orientation
