We are looking for a Leasing & Expansion Manager to support our business and expand the network of SINSAY stores in central and southern Italy.
You will be involved on the front line in finding new business solutions through targeted market analysis and negotiations to support the expansion plan in accordance with Sinsay brand procedures.

YOUR ROLE Develops, implements and finalizes an expansion plan by identifying and acquiring strategic locations in accordance with Brand standards and procedures; Negotiates contract and lease terms with properties and continuously organizes contracting history to structure and share performance improvement strategies; Conducts market analysis to identify opportunities for business development and expansion; Organizes its work in constant cooperation with technicians, developers and attorneys to finalize acquisition procedures in compliance with Italian legislation and the modalities defined by the Brand; Provides accurate analysis of the technical aspects of each location to the Investment department and Regional Leasing & Expansion Director; Constructs a comprehensive report (market strategy, location requirements, space configuration, economic and legal terms) for submission and approval of expansion locations YOUR PROFILE You have several years of professional experience (5+) in real estate and commercial expansions: this will allow you to quickly learn all our procedures and work efficiently right away; You have in-depth knowledge of the articulations of the Italian commercial real estate market and possess a wide and solid network of contacts (preferably in the retail and GDO market); You are a dynamic and motivated person, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, know how to cultivate a network of interpersonal relationships to best develop the company's expansion network; You have an excellent knowledge of the English language, a prerequisite for communicating with our employees within an international context; You know how to organize your work in an independent and structured way to optimize travel and develop an effective strategic plan for expansion WHY WORKING WITH US We are a solid, fast-growing company with an extensive expansion plan in Italy for 2025 We offer a dynamic, goal-oriented and collaborative working environment Opportunities for professional growth and development based on internal development programs BENEFIT Company Car Ticket Restaurant Discount on all products of the 5 LPP Group Brands What are you waiting for?
