We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager based in Rome.
**MISSION**:
As a Learning and development manager, you will act a point of reference for the entire organization in all the learning programs, and team development initiatives. Mainly focused on the corporate functions, you will assess the potential in unifying and optimizing the competencies-based learning programs by involving the retail and operation clusters.
**WHAT**:
Embed a Learning culture which enables Colleagues to develop as individuals, as teams, and as an organization, while driving a self-growth approach
Develop the Valentino leaders of tomorrow, through emerging talent programs and internal academies
HOW
Partner with business head functions in team transformation/collaboration and communication
Design and facilitate individual and team coaching sessions with head of Business Units to answer to the specific needs of teams facing different challenges, promote effective teamwork, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Support head of Business units to diagnose and enhance team dynamics and interpersonal communication within the organization (knowledge of Transaction Analysis is key)
Collect the L&D needs from business heads functions, regional and local HRBP - propose and implement learning and development solutions
Design (co-design through outsourcing) and develop physical and/or digital learning programs tackling soft skills/competencies
Collaborate with head of HR functions to develop a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports the continuous Colleagues growth and retention
Develop Emerging talents programs and internal academies such as specific programs for certain functions (ie: recruiting guide for all managers/ inclusive recruitment for HR)
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. Experience in the luxury fashion or retail industry is a plus
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a collaborative approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement
