GENERAL ROLE The Learning & Development Intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing and supporting the activities and tasks of the HR team. He/She will rapidly gain an understanding of a fashion and luxury retail industry and the day-to-day organization of an HR department, focusing on the area of learning and development.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES The Intern will be involved in the following activities: Stand out as a role model of Hermès values and culture, showing the highest integrity and ethical behaviour, embodying brand image with excellent grooming and attitude.Contact attendees and representatives about upcoming training programs.Organize training sessions, including operational aspects such as transfers, hotel reservations, catering, and the preparation of all the documents and materials needed.Schedule the appropriate conference lines and/or rooms, and other logistics for presentations and trainings.Record and maintain attendance records.Partner with Training Manager to build online training surveys and collect feedback.Support internal communication about future training activities and initiatives.Update internal database regarding the Training program and related reporting activities.Monitor the completion rate of mandatory e-learnings through Excel reports.Support the Learning & Development Manager in preparing the induction planning.Give proof of creativity and liaise with Training Manager to improve the training experiences, suggesting ideas to animate the training community.Prepare training aids such as agendas, instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids.Assist the HR Department on other projects and initiatives.Hermès engages positive and passionate people who own the following requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably with a Human Resources or similar focus.Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered an advantage.Proficient with Excel / IT tools.Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information.Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration, and teamwork complete the profile.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
