We are searching for a Learning and Development (LD) Intern.
The mission of our Learning and Development Intern is to operationally support: The management of our e-learning platform, the tool that enable us to reach with our training contents all our Franchisees networks and our Master Licensees all over the world The design of the Training activities at Global level The measurement and tracking of the main LD performance indicators The candidate, part of the Global LD team, reports to the LD Vice President and will work closely with the Instructional Designer, black belt of our e-learning platform, and a Training Manager in charge for the LD of our Master Licensees network.
Main learnings: Our LD intern will: have the possibility to see the process of training of an international, structured, fast-growing company, from the Design to the Local roll out.
