We are searching for a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern.
The mission of our Learning and Development Intern is to operationally support:
The management of our e-learning platform, the tool that enable us to reach with our training contents all our Franchisees networks and our Master Licensees all over the world
The design of the Training activities at Global level
The measurement and tracking of the main L&D performance indicators
The candidate, part of the Global L&D team, reports to the L&D Vice President and will work closely with the Instructional Designer, black belt of our e-learning platform, and a Training Manager in charge for the L&D of our Master Licensees network.
Main learnings:
Our L&D intern will: have the possibility to see the process of training of an international, structured, fast-growing company, from the Design to the Local roll out.
learn how a modern digital learning platform works from the inside prospective.
handle a database extract and analyze information understand the process of data migration approach to Articulate 360 Requirements: Advanced in English (C1)
Comfortable with Excel and Power Point
Motivated and energetic person
tech-savvy educational enthusiast
