Be Part of Our Signature Mix GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Campari University has been established a key enabler for Campari Group ambition to become a development-oriented organization by bringing Learning Capabilities to the next level, developing critical OneCompany Capabilities and sustaining Cultural EvolutionThe Campari University will have direct responsibility in the end-to-end design and delivery of global programs in the area of Leadership & Management, co-design Core/Cross Functional Business Competences and support Functional Capabilities to be developed across the entire Group. The Campari University will act as Center of Expertise for all the Learning inside the Group. The role of Campari University Learning Design Manager has responsibility for the design of a range of global learning and development solutions in the areas of Campari Group culture, cross functional and functional capabilities. KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Learning Solution Design – manage design of Campari Group culture, cross functional and functional programs and other learning solutions (e.g. e-learning; performance support tools) in line with group business needs; identify and define global content frameworks and models; manage the curation of global content and platformsL&D consulting – partner with Global HR & Global Functional stakeholders to identify relevant learning and development solutions to address capability building needs and learning priorities; provide learning expertise / advice in support of Global business projects and initiatives. Learner Experience & Impact – manage the quality of learning solutions delivered to Camparistas; define relevant evaluation and measurement processes for learning programs; track skill improvement and behaviour change against relevant Leadership and Functional capability frameworks .Capability Building – build internal L&D expertise across the markets through training delivery & facilitation, and train the trainer activities; actively promote and contribute to the global L&D Community of practice.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION At least 10 years working within an L&D Centre of Expertise or similar function (e.g. management consultancy)Strong practical experience in designing high impact learning solutions for both face to face, virtual & hybrid environmentsExpertise in developing engaging digital learning solutions using a variety of tools and platforms(e.g. Canva, Articulate 360, Elucidat, Video editing etc)Exceptional facilitation & training delivery skillsStrong knowledge in Learning theory and the latest innovative learning practices & trendsKnowledge of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) or a similar LMS or LXP platformESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES You love learning and are passionate about developing people!You have excellent project management and relationship building skillsYou are motivated by challenge and the opportunity to shape and evolve Campari University.You are willing to travel 20% internationally as and when requiredYou are fluent in English and ideally another language.RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Global HR Leaders; Global BU and Function Business Leaders; Global Functional Capability Leads External: L&D Consultants; External Providers and supplier; Business Schools; Professional networks Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
