Your Role and Responsibilities
- Learning Consultants own and manage the relationship with IBM Consulting EMEA & Market Leaders (Practices & SL Leaders) for learning designment & deployment, including development and execution of the learning strategy, planning and deployment of learning solutions and the reporting and analysis of results.
- The Learning Consultant team serves as the primary learning deployment interface for their portfolio area.
LCs need to build strong working relationships with other L&K EMEA teams (Education Delivery, PDE, Operations etc.
), L&K Global Learning Consultants and Corporate teams.
- The focus of the role is to build a strong, trusting and agile relationship with business leaders, working with them and their teams to identify learning solutions which deliver maximum business impact.
- The LC is responsible for identifying the key skill gaps for their designated curriculum, and planning with the business on how to close those specific skill gaps.
This requires a good understanding of the current business environment, the curriculum and portfolio of learning assets, and multiple training formats and digital media, including tools eg: Webex, w3 Publisher
