YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with hiring managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutionsDesign and develop engaging and effective learning programs using a variety of modalities and approaches.Deliver engaging and effective learning programsCreate and update training systems and all supporting materialsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvementPartner with external vendors and experts to enhance the breadth and depth of our training offeringProvide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learningManage reimbursement processes and funding applications (Fondimpresa, etc)YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLSBachelor's degree in HR, Work Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related fieldPrevious professional experience in Personnel Development, LD or in a similar roleCreativity and project management skillsFamiliarity with training design methodologiesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organizationKnowledge of English, Italian, and German #J-18808-Ljbffr
