**Process & Lean Team Leader**
In this strategic position, the target will be to support Continuous Improvement through the deployment of Kaizen and Lean standards within the Plant and the development and implementation of Process Innovation projects.
**His/Her Main responsibilities include**:
- Implementation of Lean Production principles following company guidelines
- Support of design and implementation of process improvement through proper methodology and tools
- Support of new solutions development (automaton, digitalization, new technologies)
- Management of a team of three
**Main requirements are**:
- Master degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Manufacturing / process management background
- Proven knowledge and experience in Kaizen and Lean Production methodology
- Good knowledge of mechanical design
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Analytical skills
- Proactivity, leadership, results orientation
- Teamworking, emotional agility
**It would be a Plus to have**:
- A Lean Certification
- People management experience
- Knowledge and experience in metal sheet technologies
- Proven participation in automation and/or smart factory projects
