Job Description Main Responsibilities Train and coach staff at Pisticci Plant on Lean principles, tools and techniques Introduce Lean programmes and practices within the site and ensure their sustainability and desired impact on the business Develop a robust continuous improvement culture in partnership with the Lean Manager, Pisticci Leadership team and key business stakeholders Lead targeted interventions at leadership and staff levels to motivate the desired culture change Provide lean expertise and support to the Pisticci team Ensure that the assigned projects and initiatives are delivered in line with agreed timelines and to expected scope Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health and Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards and all other Company policies and procedures Contribute to the definition of Lean goals and objectives Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers Qualifications Qualifications ?A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in scientific field Lean Manufacturing or Lean Enterprise qualification Process Management and/or Project Management qualification an added advantage Experience Minimum 5 years professional experience Experience with lean tools and techniques, process mapping and business process improvement, change management, and team leadership? Competencies ? Technical Lean Manufacturing (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management Boards, Lead Time / VSM) Logical and analytical thinking Facilitation/Presentation skills Communication skills and ability to active people involvement Training and coaching Excellent oral and written communication skills Working proficiency in English Behavioural Conflict resolution Problem solving Additional Information Permanent contract Full Time - 8 hours.
