Responsibilities:– Analyze project data to pinpoint areas for improvement using lean principles.– Monitor and report on project progress to the company board.– Support teams in achieving objectives and key performance indicators through active participation in lean initiatives.
Requirements:– Degree in engineering management or related field.– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.– Problem-solving mindset with a passion for teamwork.– Native Italian speaker with a good command of English (B2 level minimum).– Previous professional experience considered a plus.
