We are looking for a dynamic and innovative tech manager who will enable Amazon Mexico growth through implementation and support of local seller strategies for teams, business intelligence. He/she will bring insights to the businesses teams and drive for decision making. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role.
It requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, as well as outstanding business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.

Core Responsibilities Develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other languages.Web scraping strong knowledge.Analyze data to find inefficiencies and improve output quality.Collaborate with Business Teams to refine scoring model and processes that streamline efficiencies.Measure, monitor, and optimize the performance of sellers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.Work closely with account management, product management, and marketing teams to achieve organizational and departmental goals.Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide a foundation for continuous improvement.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Knowledge of analytic tools
