Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable culinary experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs in a professional and kind manner.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Warmly greet guests and lead them to their tables.
Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring any special dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences are noted.
Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt and accurate service throughout the dining experience.
Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
Stay informed about daily specials and changes to the menu.
Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
Order Management: Transmit orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food to the guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure special requests or modifications to orders are accommodated.
Monitor and manage the timing of courses to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the overall dining experience and contribute to revenue goals.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are set impeccably and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Attend to table needs, including refilling water glasses, clearing empty dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain effective communication and teamwork.
