The Knowledge Services (KS) P&L operates within IET Gas Services/Advanced Services organization and incorporates Gas Services capabilities and portfolio of Customer Training, Digital Services, Advanced Engineering and Advisory Services to create a new commercial offering and portfolio.
Moreover the KS team interacts with other IET digital realities to deliver Outcome Based Services (OBS) projects, aligning to the broader IET strategy to collaborate across company boundaries.
The Project Manager reports into the KS Delivery Leader, he/she will be responsible of all job-related coordination of activities: set up of the job, coordinating timeline, resources and quality of the outcomes, communication to the customer, release invoices and monitor payments, orchestrate and support internal processes and customer facing activities.
He/she will be accountable for the assigned projects' profit & loss and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**
- All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to project scope/financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement projects, managing the project scope of work and coordinating the assigned network of resources (including contractors)
- Interact with Customer to assure smooth project delivery.
May handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure scheduling and execution of all assigned projects with customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with internal stakeholders accordingly
- Understand customer needs and make sure these align with the project scope, therefore communicating accordingly to manage expectations.
- Successfully manage invoicing and payment collection when project milestones are achieved as per contracts.
Predict and deliver sales and contribution margin for the assigned projects, quarter after quarter.
Proactively manage costs to maximize contribution margin and support collection and handling of past dues
- Identify opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements
- Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
- Support KS ITO during change orders negotiation with the customers
- Handles standardized project processes.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred) from an accredited university or college.
- Fluent in English both in written and verbal form
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with project management software to manage project gantt, project resources etc
- Available to travel for customer's meeting.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
