**Job Description Summary**:
Key Finance business partner to the Onshore Wind International Projects organization to drive project margin improvement and cash flow generation.
The Lead Projects Finance Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis, project budget review and approval, and cash flow optimization for a portfolio of projects within the ONW EMEA region.
The role reports to the EMEA Project Finance Leader.
- Support the Sub-Region projects planning sessions preparation by interacting with the Commercial team and the Project Management team to develop the Backlog as well as the Sales & Margin projections for the Sub-Region
- Support Project Accounting & own Financial reporting rigor of the portfolio of projects
- Own cash flow planning and pacing, leading daily management with the projects team to meet financial goals
- Control and review project budget updates with the Project Managers and communicate variances to the Senior Leadership Team
- Partner with Project Managers delivering Project margin improvements through Claims, Recoveries and External Change Orders management
- Liaise with Global Supply Chain for Product cost control, understanding variances and reporting drivers
- Drive Project closure and reserves recovery (ECA review)
- Continuously provide feedback to Commercial team on financials and improvement opportunities
- Support the Sub-Region projects planning sessions preparation by interacting with the Commercial team to develop the volume projections as well as with the Project Management team for the Sales & Margin projections in the Sub-Region
- Ensure accuracy, data input completeness and timeliness of the wing-to-wing Volume/Margin and Cash process for the projects portfolio in the Sub-Region

Qualifications/Requirements
- **
- Bachelor's Degree from a nationally accredited university or college
- From 5-years to 10-years prior experience in a financial position such as Project Finance and/or Risk Management, Project Control with a high controllership, processes and operational partnership-oriented mindset
- Operational Finance experience, good team work with both Operations and Finance teams
- EU Work Permit

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with experience in Operational Finance, Financial Planning and/or Controllership
- Details oriented with large quantities of data, but able to present and communicate concisely
- Strong process management skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Leadership skills and ability to work with Teams across functions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Oracle financial ERP
- Knowledge of MS Office
