Job Description Summary To plan, organize, direct and supervise the project activities of the Unit, within the Business/Sector Industry Policies demands with the objective to reach the Unit's targets in terms of sales, operating income, completion time, quality of projects and customer satisfaction.

Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and control the project activities to maximize the Quality/Cost/Deliveries achievements and thus satisfy the customer. Implement, supervise & follow-up the milestones of the project to secure customer satisfaction. Maintain and improve processes to maximize project execution. Collaborate with other teams to prepare the documents (technical, execution, planning, etc.) requested by the project. Update the tools for the management of site activity, management of the supervisor and others for the project results. Plan, supervise and control the site activity, with internal and external resources and collaborate with other teams to comply with EHS and local law requirements. Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, internal colleagues, or contractors. Define and supervise project reporting to drive risks before they escalate and take necessary mitigation actions. Qualifications/Requirements: Operational Know How (including Functional Know How). Technical know-how on HV DSC & CBR products to perform technical analysis. Deep knowledge of Italian Law legislation for site activities (Decreto 81 and Codice Appalti). Operational effectiveness/Accountability. Collaboration/Teamwork. Communication with Transparency & Humility & delivery-focused results. Managerial Know How: Ability to make decisions/Sense of urgency. Resilience. Problem-solving approach. Continuously managing & developing people. Leadership Know How: Convincing & Influencing. Shaping & driving change. Desired Characteristics: Engineering degree or any high school diploma with equivalent work experience. Knowledge/reading of technical documents (electrical – mechanical). Knowledge of HV products. Knowledge/experience on site activity. Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
