The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively manage costs to be expensed, aimed to maximize Contribution Margin by reducing CoQ and Leakages and promoting productivity.
- Work with the project team in terms of reports and execution control to grant performance of activities according the highest technical standards.
- Coordinate and bridge within OTR PVS team leader and internal functions, for a follow up of technical/commercial issues and provide Customer with right answer and support.
- Manage Change Orders for various issues, including extension of time, corresponding financial losses escalation, loss of Productivity, deviations in site conditions from tender document, execution of additional items and project acceleration.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders like contractors, suppliers etc.
- Support the Warranty team leader for field claims settlement negotiations
- Work in collaboration with the project team to administer and ensure adherence to contract policies applicable to equipment fabrication/execution.
- Perform project risk assessment and suggest mitigation measures at various stages in the execution cycle, including commercial negotiation for any change order preparation of tender/agreement documents;
- Ensures consistency and timeliness of reporting.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical)
- Project Management, Supply Chain, Production/Demand Planning experience.
- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas/Energy products/business.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner.
- Availability to travel (max 30% overall time).
- Ability to effectively interface at various management levels.
